Exhibition Overview

Emirati Expressions presented a harmonious blend of traditional and contemporary work in which the national culture was represented visually and symbolically. It intended to showcase native Emirati artists working in all disciplines and representing several generations.

Presented a diverse range of works in a variety of mediums: Painting, photography, sculpture, graphic design, video work, short films, installations, calligraphy.

All the artists who were part of this project were represented within the online Emirati Expressions gallery and in the accompanying catalogue.
