This November, Abu Dhabi Art 2010 will expand on last year’s programme, while following the concept inaugurated in 2009. The platform will have at its core the art fair with the main show as well as “Signature”, a section dedicated to innovative and challenging contemporary works by emerging international artists in a one person show, and “Beyond”, a selection of outdoor installations. Around the main show, Abu Dhabi Art will present a series of exhibitions, public programmes including workshops, panels, lectures involving leading artists and figures from the international art world and the region, as well as book launches, film screenings and performances. Abu Dhabi Art 2010 will expand “Art, Talks and Sensations” to a three day event, integrating some of the main show artists within the daily programme.


Similar to last year,  will continue to develop the design platform. This part will involve workshops within the Design Studio, a space in which the audience can actively participate in the creation process, meet international designers such as  the Campana Brothers and representatives from the Khatt Foundation and Studio Formafantasma, and engage in panel discussions and talks.
