Saadiyat Island, just 700m off the coast of Abu Dhabi will become a special place for Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates as a whole. Saadiyat Island is just seven minutes from downtown Abu Dhabi, 15 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport and one hour from Dubai. It will be reached by two major highway bridges linking it with the mainland.
